Pricing Details and FAQ’s

  • PlanGo is billed after the fact on a monthly usage model (just like any utility bill).

  • The user that creates a project is automatically added to it as the Project Creator, and the project plus Creator is initially billed as a “bare” project.

  • Adding one or more collaborators to a project automatically adds a Team Pack to it.

  • Monthly subscription Project costs are billed monthly to the credit card on record, on or about the 3rd of the month following the billing month. For example, a project that was in progress in November is billed on or about the 3rd of December for November's costs.

  • Project and Team costs are calculated on a project-month and team-month basis (similar to a man-hour, but with a time unit of one month). Projects started or ended in mid-month are billed the monthly fractional amount, calculated daily. For example, a project started on November 21 is billed in December for 10 days in November out of 30 (includes date that project is created). Subsequent full months are billed at the full monthly rate. Team Packs are calculated as of the date that the first collaborator is added.

  • Annual subscriptions are paid in advance, and project costs are debited monthly from the pre-paid amount. Contact us for more details. We are very flexible!
